Architectural Design
We begin with a conversation about your ideas, site and budget. You’re welcome to meet us at our Coburg office, or we can arrange to visit you and discuss your project on site.
Fixed-price contract
Whether you already have plans or are starting with an idea, we can work with you and your architect or designer as the plans develop, helping keep buildability, site requirements and budget in mind from the beginning.

Permits & Approvals
We coordinate the required permits, engineering documentation, energy assessments and approvals to help move your project from planning into construction.

Fixed-Price Contract
Once the design and specifications are defined, we prepare a detailed scope of work with clear inclusions, allowances and pricing, so you understand what is included when you sign the contract.

Construction
Our team manages construction, coordinates trades and oversees workmanship throughout the build. We keep you informed with regular updates at key stages and remain available for questions along the way.
